- What services are available for my fundraiser?
Individual Fundraiser Wash Passes are available in Basic Full Serve and/or Basic Express. Customers may upgrade passes at the locations.
- Are these passes good at any Mister Car Wash? Do they expire?
Our fundraiser wash passes are good at any location. Please keep in mind- some Mister Car Wash locations are Express only, Full Serve passes will not work at Express only washes. Mister Car Wash fundraising passes do not expire.
- How much are we selling the passes for?

- How long do we have to complete the fundraiser?
The total running time for the program is seven weeks from the requested start date. This includes collection of unsold passes, payment, and shipment to the Fundraising Department.
- How many passes should we order?
The passes can be requested in increments of 25. If your organization has never participated in this program before, please contact the Fundraising Department for initial order suggestions.
- How long until I get my order?
All approved requests are processed daily before 2:30 PM MST. Shipping typically takes 3-4 business days. A tracking number will be provided via email.
- My organization sold all of our passes, can we reorder more?
Of course! Contact the Fundraising Department at 855-748-3007 or fundraising@cleancanvas.pics for the reorder form. All secondary orders will be overnight shipped to you so you won’t miss any opportunities to raise funds.
- What if we do not sell all the passes?
You can turn in all unsold passes with your payment at the end of your fundraiser. These passes will go to credit your invoice so you only pay for what you sold. Your organization is responsible for shipping these passes back to the Fundraising Department before your due date.
- What types of payments are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, money orders, or checks. All check and money order payments should be directed to:Car Wash Partners A/R Processing P.O. Box 204680 Dallas, TX 75320-4680. Credit card payments are processed over the phone by an authorized Mister Car Wash Representative 855-748-3007.
